Chef Whitney uses local, organic, seasonal ingredients creating delicious baked good and fermented breads. His creative lunch options include sandwiches, seasonal soups, salads, and daily changing specials. (Whit's artisinal homemade bread makes any sandwich a gourmet meal!)
